Our Return Policy...

Because fabrics may have been a custom cut to order, and the fact that we send out swatches on request to customers before they make a purchase, All sales are final.

In some instances (at our discretion) we may accept a return, provided we are notified beforehand and the fabric in question is shipped back to us in the same condition as is was when we sent it, we will refund the total cost of the purchase minus shipping. Return shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer returning the fabric.

Important: While we try very hard to accurately photograph our fabrics, please be aware that colors can vary from one computer system to another. Swatches (free - limit 4) are always recommended for your satisfaction in purchasing the correct fabric for your project.


How do I request a swatch of fabric?

Email us with your address and the title description of the fabric you were interested in.

How is my fabric shipped?

Since we have our own account, we do all our shipping via FedEx or for smaller amounts, by USPS Priority Mail. All orders are shipped within 24 hours upon receiving payment, Monday thru Thursday. For payments received on Fri, Sat, Sun, fabric orders are shipped the next Monday. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays do not count toward the estimated transit days. Packages that leave our center on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will not actually reach the shipper until Monday or the next business day.

We store and ship fabrics on the bolt unless otherwise noted. They are inspected, re-rolled, wrapped in a protective plastic sleeve and then rolled in protective cardboard.

How do I pay?

Payment is safe and secure using Paypal, which includes credit card payments. Let us know what fabric you'd like to purchase and we can then send you an invoice by email.

If you'd rather pay by sending a check or postal money order, we can do that as well.
